My wife and I were in town for a wedding and stayed the night at the Eco Lodge, so before the wedding we found Myrts in town for breakfast. Great omelettes! The Bacon Cheddar Omelette was superb with crispy bacon and fresh cheddar. Youve gotta try the Home Fries done Poutine style! Excellent! Theyve also got great homemade butter tarts and theyre absolutely delicious! A great little spot. Im only disappointed that we cant stay for dinner.
Burger was good. Sweet potato fries were also good. But do NOT get the pizza.... they claim "2 layers of cheese on every pizza" ... that's because they use a premade storebought frozen pie and add some toppings before they rebake that and pass it off as fresh pizza. Two layers of cheese my eye.
Very good food,friendly service but a little pricey
It's a joke and you get less what you pay for. They used to make awesome pizzas but now it's overpriced and they weren't has good has they used to.
Great home made soup - now my favourite place to stop when driving through mattawa
